Child, Teen & Parent Support

We provide therapy for children aged 6 and up, adolescents navigating transitions, and parents who want a deeper understanding of how to support their child.

Whether your family is coping with emotional dysregulation, social challenges, neurodivergence, or life changes, our goal is to create space where kids and caregivers feel understood, supported, and empowered.

We understand that children often express themselves in ways that go beyond words, through behaviours, moods, or quiet withdrawal. Our therapists are trained to meet children where they are, using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches to help them process emotions, build resilience, and strengthen relationships at home and beyond.

Parents are an essential part of the process. We collaborate with caregivers to offer insight, tools, and guidance tailored to your child’s unique needs, so you feel more confident in how to support them through both challenges and growth.
