Massage Therapy RMT
Massage therapy is a foundational part of whole-person care. It supports the body’s natural ability to recover, regulate, and relax. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from a physical strain, or seeking a moment of rest from daily stress, our Registered Massage Therapists provide personalized care that’s grounded in both evidence and attention.

Services
The benefits of massage therapy extend beyond physical relief. Many clients find it helps improve sleep, manage anxiety, reduce inflammation, and support overall resilience.
Massage therapy can be an important complement to psychotherapy, acupuncture, and nutrition, offering a somatic path to regulation, especially for those who carry stress in the body or have difficulty “switching off.” Massage can also help with posture, flexibility, and injury prevention, making it a valuable tool whether you're navigating long hours at a desk or recovering from intensive training.
Swedish
Swedish massage is a gentle, flowing treatment designed to support general relaxation, increase circulation, and ease everyday muscle tension. It’s a calming, therapeutic option that encourages deep rest, making it ideal for those new to massage or looking for stress relief in its most classic form.
Relaxation
This massage is designed to offer calm, softness, and pause. With light pressure and a rhythmic pace, relaxation massage is about soothing the nervous system and supporting rest. It’s well suited for anyone feeling emotionally or physically depleted, and looking to reconnect with a slower, more regulated state.
Prenatal
Tailored for the unique needs of pregnancy, prenatal massage supports the body as it adapts to physical and hormonal changes. It helps with swelling, lower back pain, and overall discomfort, while offering a quiet space to rest and connect. Our RMTs are trained to provide safe, supportive care through each trimester.
Deep Tissue
This treatment works on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to release chronic tension, reduce stiffness, and restore movement. Deep tissue massage uses slower, more intentional pressure and is especially helpful for clients with persistent muscular pain, postural imbalances, or recovery needs.
Hot Stone
Warm, smooth stones are used to soften the muscles and allow deeper work without the intensity of pressure. This treatment brings together heat and massage in a way that melts tension, encourages circulation, and provides a sense of deep, grounded comfort.
Sports
Designed with active bodies in mind, sports massage focuses on muscle recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. Techniques may include targeted work on areas of tightness, mobility-focused stretching, and pre- or post-performance support for athletes and active individuals.
