Dietetics for Children, Adults & Families

Nutrition guidance that respects your body, your goals, and your life stage.

Our registered dietitians provide care for both children and adults, offering evidence-based, judgment-free support across a wide range of concerns from pediatric feeding to chronic disease management, mental health, and women's health. We approach nutrition not as a rigid set of rules, but as a tool for clarity, comfort, and long-term wellbeing.

Chronic Disease Management

Our dietetic services provide evidence-based strategies to help you reduce health risks, manage chronic conditions, and create sustainable lifestyle changes. We offer personalized nutrition plans for individuals managing pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and gestational diabetes, including support with blood sugar monitoring using glucometers or the Freestyle Libre system. Where appropriate, we collaborate with your healthcare provider to initiate or adjust insulin and GLP-1 medications. Additional areas of focus include managing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and kidney health.

Women’s Health & Hormonal Support

We support women at every stage of the reproductive journey with targeted, hormone-informed nutrition care. Whether you're preparing for conception, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or experiencing the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, we tailor nutritional strategies to meet your unique needs. We also provide specialized guidance for conditions like PCOS, thyroid disorders, and other hormone-related imbalances, helping you restore energy, regulate cycles, and feel more in sync with your body.

Pediatric Nutrition

Helping children build a healthy and positive relationship with food is at the heart of our pediatric nutrition services. We work with families to address common challenges like picky eating, feeding difficulties, and gastrointestinal concerns such as bloating or constipation. We also support children with developmental or neurological conditions—offering tailored nutrition guidance for ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to promote steady growth and ease at mealtimes through individualized, family-centered care.

Mental Health & Medications Support

Nutrition plays a powerful role in supporting emotional wellbeing, especially when paired with psychiatric care. We offer personalized plans for individuals living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia—focusing on mood stabilization, cognitive function, and emotional regulation. For clients on psychiatric medications, we also address metabolic changes, weight fluctuations, fatigue, and appetite shifts, helping you manage side effects and feel more balanced overall.

Eating Behavior & Nutrient Health

Our approach to nutrition goes beyond what you eat, we also support how you eat. We work with clients navigating eating disorders, emotional or binge eating, and long-standing challenges with food and body image. We offer guidance on correcting nutritional deficiencies, improving energy levels, and managing symptoms like fatigue and sleep disturbances. For those using medications such as GLP-1 or GIP, we provide structured plans to support weight management, preserve muscle mass, and promote long-term metabolic health.
