A Clinic for the Whole You
Based in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood, our integrative healthcare clinic offers psychotherapy, neuropsychological assessment, occupational therapy, acupuncture, dietetics, and massage therapy. We provide evidence-based services to support mental health, cognitive function, and overall wellbeing.

Our model is collaborative and designed to support both recovery and prevention. We work with individuals seeking thoughtful, comprehensive care that addresses the full picture, not just isolated symptoms.

Services
We offer psychotherapy services for individuals and families seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our approach is evidence-based and designed to support emotional wellbeing and lasting change.
Our registered dietitians provide nutrition counselling for both children and adults, offering evidence-based, judgment-free support across a wide range of concerns, including pediatric feeding, chronic disease management, mental health, and women’s health. We approach nutrition not as a rigid set of rules, but as a tool for clarity, comfort, and long-term wellbeing.
Occupational therapy helps individuals improve their ability to function in daily life by addressing cognitive, physical, and mental health challenges. Treatment focuses on building practical strategies to enhance independence, productivity, and overall wellbeing at home, work, and in the community.
Acupuncture rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) supports pain management, stress, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Treatment focuses on restoring balance, improving circulation, and addressing concerns such as headaches, fertility, mental health. hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and chronic tension.
Registered massage therapy is designed to reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and support overall physical wellbeing. Treatments include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and TMJ-focused therapy to help relieve stress, improve circulation, and restore mobility.
Neuropsychological assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of cognitive functioning, including attention, memory, processing speed, and emotional regulation. It is used to clarify concerns and support diagnosis of conditions such as ADHD, learning disorders, concussion-related changes, and early cognitive decline.
