For individuals experiencing chronic pain or fatigue, we provide:

  • Activity pacing and reactivation strategies

  • Lifestyle adjustments to improve consistency and reduce flare-ups

  • Support in balancing productivity and recovery

Referral Information

You don’t need a referral to access Occupational Therapy services.
