Geoffrey Bennett-Sicillia

Geoffrey is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers in-person psychotherapy in the Downtown Toronto, Junction, and Annex neighbourhoods. He supports clients navigating challenges related to Perfectionism, Low Self-Esteem, and various Anxiety Disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Agoraphobia.


He completed his Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University, with clinical training at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital, one of Canada’s leading centres for evidence-based anxiety treatment.

Geoffrey integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for immediate concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD, and offers Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for clients seeking long-term, insight-oriented work.


With a warm and grounded approach, Geoffrey helps clients explore the unspoken thoughts, feelings, and experiences that shape their inner world. His therapy sessions promote emotional clarity, resilience, and meaningful change, aligned with each client’s personal goals.


Geoffrey welcomes individuals seeking both short-term symptom relief and deeper self-understanding through long-term therapy.
