Hana Varzadeh is a Registered Social Worker with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s complex challenges. With a background in both clinical mental health and community development, she works with adults navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.


Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centered. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, moving through the end of a relationship, entering retirement, or caring for a family member with a disability or mental health condition, Hana tailors therapy to meet your unique circumstances and goals. She believes in empowering clients with tools for insight, healing, and meaningful progress toward the life they want.


Known for her grounded presence and compassionate perspective, Hana creates a space where clients feel supported, respected, and seen. She works with individuals seeking clarity, emotional resilience, and support during times of change or challenge.
