Who This Service Is For
This service is appropriate for individuals who:

Have an active WSIB, motor vehicle accident (MVA), short-term disability (STD), or long-term disability (LTD) claim

Are currently off work or working with restrictions due to injury, illness, or disability

Require functional assessment to determine work capacity and limitations
-
Are experiencing physical, cognitive, or psychological barriers impacting recovery
-
Need structured rehabilitation to support safe and sustainable return to work

Require objective documentation and progress reporting for insurers or case managers
Referral Information
We accept referrals for Occupational Therapy services through WSIB, auto insurance (MVA), short-term and long-term disability providers, as well as physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Our clinic provides:
