Annie Mo is a registered occupational therapist and psychotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical experience. She has primarily worked in the field of mental health, addictions, return to work, long term disability and MVA/auto insurance sector. She has treated a variety of conditions - psychological, physical, and cognitive. She has a special interest in developmental and complex trauma, as well as chronic pain and fatigue. Annie is trained in multiple evidence based modalities, tailoring treatment approaches for the unique needs of each client. 

Annie can provide the following services:

• Functional assessments and treatment (psycho-education, occupational performance interventions)

• Cognitive assessments and treatments (Goal Management Training, cognitive compensatory strategies, etc)

• Mental health and addictions assessment and treatment (psychotherapy - CPT, CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing)

• In home / environmental assessments

• Reactivation

• Return to work planning and coaching

• Graduate of McMaster University - M. Sc. in Occupational Therapy

• Registered member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• DBT, CBT, behavioural activation, exposure therapy trained
