Viola ShukChing Wong

Registered Acupuncturist & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Viola ShukChing Wong is a highly qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She is also a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong. She received comprehensive training in both theory and clinical practice in Hong Kong and China, and further advanced her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at Hong Kong Baptist University.


She has clinical experience working in hospitals and clinics across Hong Kong and China, where she has treated a wide range of patients and health conditions. Her clinical focus includes fertility support, post-stroke rehabilitation, and post-tumor surgery recovery, alongside a variety of internal and chronic health conditions. Through this background, she has developed a strong and in-depth understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and therapeutic techniques.


Viola has also contributed to academic and professional education as a Teaching Assistant at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), and has served as a consultant in the review of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture curriculum. She has obtained additional certifications in pain management, oncology, pediatrics in Chinese medicine, community psychiatry, facial acupuncture, and gynecology. These qualifications reflect her ongoing commitment to professional development and delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care.


While she is skilled in multiple areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine, her primary focus is women’s health and fertility. She is dedicated to supporting patients through different stages of recovery and wellness using holistic and individualized treatment approaches. Her treatment plans may include herbal medicine prescriptions, fertility acupuncture, post-stroke rehabilitation acupuncture, supportive care for post-tumor recovery, facial acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping therapy, and personalized lifestyle guidance.
